ISLAMABAD – Model Ayyan Ali has filed another contempt of court plea in the Supreme Court.
She adopted the stance in her plea that the Ministry of Interior Affairs has made fun of Supreme Court’s order by adding her name in the Exit Control List (ECL) again.
Ayyan’s lawyer, Latif Khosa, has submitted another request of contempt of court against Federal Investigation Agency DG, Ministry of Interior Affairs secretary, Passport and Immigration DG and others.
Meanwhile, the chief justice has fixed the matter for hearing on Monday (April 25). The division bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan would hear the case.
